In this session, Dr. Bailey will provide an overview of what technical communication documentation project management entails – from the project side to the people side. The objective is to focus on identifying project scope, optimize planning, and manage stakeholder communication to successfully produce project outcomes.
Dr. Elizabeth Bailey is the Director of Training for the Mintz Group and has over 15 years of expertise in aligning training and other interventions with business processes. She has worked within several industries including health care, software development, deregulated utilities, consulting services, oil and gas, and financial services, where she has successfully aligned project deliverables and performance improvement measures with business processes. She has managed multiple projects, working with numerous clients, team members, and stakeholders. Beth has a PhD from the University of North Texas (UNT) in Training and Performance improvement and a Masters from Boise State University (BSU) in Instructional and Performance Technology. Beth is a Fellow of the Society for Technical Communications.
