Find Your Tribe and Only Attract the Right Opportunities
Maybe you’re thinking it’s time to branch out on your own, maybe it’s time to move up in your company, or maybe it’s time for something different. No matter the scenario, you must be the SOLUTION that fills a NEED. Clearing your vision of who you are, who you prefer to work with, and how you differ from the competition, can help you successfully define your brand to attract authentic opportunities. Your brand is more than your technical resume or CV – it creates a consistent impression of what makes you unique and attracts the right opportunities to help you achieve your professional and personal goals.
In this session, attendees will learn:
- How to identify who your customer is (and is not)
- How to gain and attract customers
- How to identify the keys that distinguish you from others
- How to decide whether to strike out on your own and what it takes to do it
- How to pitch without bragging
- How to create a customer profile
- How to develop a self-inventory
- How to come up with a concrete, shareable plan
In this session, we will cover all the above through exercises to create a foundation for action, to help you plan your path to independence, to a promotion, or to a new field. In addition, because this is a full-day workshop, we have also included role-playing exercises to help you with your sales pitch.
Come prepared to roll up your sleeves, dig in, and engage. Ask questions about your individual goals and situations. This session is hands on and will provide a forum for you to get the answers you seek!
