As a Knowledge Manager, I have been responsible for structuring the company’s content strategy roadmap, as well as managed Senior Sistemas’s Documentation and Legal Requirements Portals. I managed the Senior Sistema’s team of bilingual technical writers, responsible for maintaining online help, business process manuals, implementation methodology documentation and communication channels, as well as Bots, user manuals, and training materials for five products. My most recent project integrates IBM Watson’s chatbot, SARA – Senior Automated Responsive Agent – with MadCap Flare.
I have managed the bilingual technical writers team, with 20 professionals working in 5 products: HCM, ERP, Access & Security and Corporative Performance (BI, Workflow) and CRM being responsible for maintaining on-line help, business process manuals, implementation methodology documentation and communication channels, as well as Bots, user manuals, implementation materials and multilingual user training materials.
As an entrepreneur, I am passionate about developing and integrating efficient business processes.
