What assumptions do you make about your own generation? What assumptions do you make about Millennials and the generation that follows, Generation Z? Victoria Deen McCrady worked with two colleagues to collect data from a diverse sample of Millennials, and looked at existing data, to assess Millennials’ attitudes towards mentorship and leadership. Many of the trends that have shaped this generation are not new, but Millennials’ interaction with technology has shaped them — and continues to shape them — in interesting ways. This program is fun and interactive; it’s designed to allow you to identify your own expectations, learn more about the data, and laugh a lot during the experience.
